PLACING YOUR ORDER
Our fees are displayed in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, if you have already placed an order, then the price that applied at the time of placement will apply to that order.
We will only accept orders via our website where payment is made at the same time.
If we accept your offer to purchase, you will be bound to purchase the goods ordered. You cannot cancel an order except with our consent, which we can withhold at our discretion.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are based on delivery postcode and will be confirmed at checkout. Shipping rates may vary from time to time.
If we (or our delivery agent) have attempted to make delivery of the goods and have been unable to do so, we may refund to you the amount paid for the goods less all reasonable costs that we have incurred in attempting to make delivery.
If we are unable to fill your order for any reason (other than the inability to deliver as outlined above), we will notify you via email as soon as possible; and refund to you the full purchase price within 5 business days of notification
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Pickup is available from multiple locations across Adelaide. Please select one of the options or add a note at checkout; we'll contact you to arrange.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We do our best to post orders ASAP and they are usually sent out within 2-4 working days. We use the services of a delivery agent to deliver the goods to you. We will not be responsible and we will have no liability to you if delivery is not made within the time requested or represented on our website. Local and international shipping rates will vary and will be based on weight and location.
Please note that we will only post during weekdays - if purchased on a weekend please factor these timings into delivery.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER. CAN I RETURN IT OR GET A REFUND?
If the goods delivered to you are faulty, damaged or do not match the description of the goods that you ordered, then we will refund the purchase price to you or exchange the goods for goods of equal value at no additional charge, provided that you are able to produce proof of purchase if required.
We reserve the right to inspect the goods to determine the cause of the fault or damage. If we determine that the fault or damage was not caused by us, acting reasonably, then we may refuse to refund or exchange the goods.
If you would like to return your order it must be returned within 14 days. Once received we will happily provide online credit. However, the return shipping of the item and the additional re-shipping of newly purchased item is at the customer's expense.
Returned items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED and in original condition. Ninety Six do NOT offer online credit on products if you simply change your mind. We only offer credit where a manufacturing fault is present.

DO I PAY IMPORT DUTIES/FEES ON AN ORDER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees, which are levied when your order arrives in your country.
As a resident of your country you may be responsible for covering these fees.
IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE THROUGH YOUR STORE?
